There are many property managers who, after finding a tenant for a home, merely oversee the collection of rent while neglecting all the other business aspects of renting a Minneapolis rental home.
At BSL Real Estate, we touch base with the tenant throughout the entire year to determine how good a fit the tenant is for the home. Our touch point system enables us to be constantly aware of the homeowner’s future plans so that we can resign the tenant for a second term if they are interested, or, in the case that the tenant is interested in finding a new home, our touch point system allows us to handle the transfer of the home as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If a tenant is interested in finding another rental home, we notify the homeowner immediately and quickly begin marketing the rental home again (except in cases where the homeowner is interested in selling their Minnesota home instead of renting it out, in which case we do everything to assist them in the selling process.)
Our touch point system also enables us to foresee any potential difficulties or problems before they arise and become major issues. By constantly staying in touch with your rental home, we make sure that tenants are being treated fairly and that homeowners are being treated fairly.
Additionally, throughout the year we contact homeowners to determine if the owner is interested in expanding their investment portfolio or purchasing additional rental property in Minnesota. If so, we assist them in identifying and meeting requirements and goals for expanding their investment.
